Family Physician – Cosmetic Medicine Opportunity.

The Role

MDSearch is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused Family Physician (MD) with experience in cosmetic injectables to join a premier medical aesthetics clinic in Kelowna, BC. The position will begin on a part-time basis (1–2 days per week), with the opportunity to grow as patient demand increases.

The Role

• Work primarily as a Cosmetic Injector, providing advanced aesthetic treatments including Botox®, dermal fillers, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
• Part-time to start (1–2 days per week), with room to grow as patient demand increases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injecting (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP).
• Current license in good standing with CPSBC.
• Superior understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry.
• Experience or an interest in sclerotherapy is considered a strong asset.

Compensation & Revenue Sharing

The medical group’s model is performance-driven and rewards both clinical activity and leadership roles. Doctors can typically earn between $220,000 and $975,000+ annually after split, depending on their service volume, case mix, and scope of involvement in the clinic.

Injectors are paid based on:

• Services they personally provide.
• Services they supervise (if applicable).

Note: median doctor billings are around $500K annually, with many comfortably in the six figures.
