Family Physician – Medical Director, Aesthetic Clinic in Duncan.

The Role

MDSearch is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused General Practitioner with experience in cosmetic injecting to take on the role of Medical Director for a premier cosmetic aesthetic clinic in Duncan.

The Role

• Serve primarily as a Cosmetic Injector, administering facial injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP, as well as other aesthetic treatments.
• As Medical Director, supervise the clinic’s operations in collaboration with the Regional Director, Clinic Lead, and other support staff.
• The position will begin on a part-time basis (1-2 days per week), with the opportunity to grow as patient demand increases.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injecting (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP).
• Current license in good standing with CPSBC.
• Superior understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry.

Compensation & Revenue Sharing

The medical group’s model is performance-driven and rewards both clinical activity and leadership roles. Doctors can typically earn between $185,000 and $975,000+ annually after split, depending on their service volume, case mix, and scope of involvement in the clinic. Monthly stipend and an additional % on supervised treatments.

Injectors are paid based on:

• Services they personally provide
• Services they supervise (if applicable)
• A percentage of total clinic-wide sales, when serving as the Medical Director

NOTE: Median doctor billings are around $500K annually, with many comfortably in the six figures.
